The Shinjuku New City Hotel, opened in 1979, was renovated in August 2018 and reopened as THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku. The hotel is located in Shinjuku, one of the most culturally diverse and deep spots in Japan, overlooking the lush Shinjuku Central Park. It is a place where different lifestyles intersect in one space.

In addition to the project management for the opening of the hotel, we were also in charge of the production of a tabloid-style newspaper to visualise the function of the hotel as an open place connected with the surrounding city.
