“What drives a city?”

That is the question our founder, Teruo Kurosaki, constantly asked us.

We believe the answer to this question is people. Everything comes down to people as individuals. And it is the gathering and collection of these individuals that forms the city. It’s not the buildings, the location or branding, but rather the organic connection of people that drives a city. We want to explore the simplicity of this structure; of people experiencing and benefiting from the creation of others. The things that exist in that structure are something that are very difficult to reproduce. They cannot be quantified, they cannot be copied, they can only be experienced. Media Surf is a collective of people that continuously work towards creating and editing such situations.
