Projects
Born in 2010 with the mission to “change the way beer is made… forever”, Omnipollo, has been a favorite of ours for many years. Their restaurant in Stockholm, Omnipollos Hatt, which serves nothing but pizza and beer, was our “home away from home” whenever we visited the city. One day, we casually told the team at Omnipollo: “An eel restaurant in Nihonbashi, Kabutocho, is available and we’re going to open a new building called ‘K5′ nearby. It’s going to be a big change for the area!”. Showing them pictures of the space they replied, “Let’s do it! Let’s open up a shop in Tokyo!” And so it was, and here we are. The hot dog menu was designed by Caveman, a restaurant located in K5. The interior design is by Fredrik Paulsen from Stockholm.
When the teams in Tokyo and Stockholm were discussing how to make this happen, we were struck by something they said. “Omnipollo is not a beer brand, it’s a lifestyle brand that will change the way you live. We won’t define ourselves; we approach things in ways according to our interests”. Our Tokyo chapter has just begun, and we will continue to present new values in all directions, with beer at the heart of it.
